Planned Maintenance |
|
The recommendation of the appropriate lubricants, systems, and lubricating techniques is just one step along the road to the development of a planned maintenance regime, which may or may not be solely concerned with lubrication. Additionally, there is not a single planned maintenance system in existence that is suitable for all types of industries or working practices. Many variables exist within industry that must be taken into account and this is why Lubrisolve Engineering Solutions Ltd. can either assist with, or develop, a planned maintenance system that is actually both easy to understand, easy to use, meaningful, and more importantly tailored to your specific needs. Such a system does not have to be fully computerised necessarily. Perhaps you do not have any structured system in place at present, or maybe you are not completely confident with the one you do have. Whatever your situation just talk to us and we guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with the resultant regime, once fully implemented and adjusted as necessary, because we will construct it with your needs in mind, not ours. If you do indeed require a computerised system then you could consider using COMPUTALUBE, which has been designed and developed in-house by Lubrisolve Engineering Solutions Ltd. as a fully functional planned lubrication scheduling system. It can be used as it stands or, should you wish, adapted to suit your particular requirements.
COMPUTALUBE has been designed and developed in-house by Lubrisolve Engineering Solutions Ltd. as a fully functional planned lubrication scheduling system. It can be used as it stands or, should you wish, adapted to suit your particular requirements. COMPUTALUBE is capable of holding the complete database of the lubrication details of your plant. All relevant information is stored in the database including capacities, manufacturers recommendations or specifications, recommended frequencies, lubricant product information, safety data sheets, lubrication diagrams, photographic representations, method statements, and risk assessments, thereby making COMPUTALUBE the only facility that would be required as the reference material for plant lubrication. Using the Work Sheet facility, lubricating tasks can then be planned according to your particular requirements, with reference to a calendar function if desired. COMPUTALUBE has been developed following years of experience, and with the user in mind, making it a very easy to use plant maintenance tool that will provide significant benefits to any maintenance regime. Additional functions are available that can be incorporated into COMPUTALUBE if required. These include a Maintenance facility, whereby general maintenance tasks can be assigned as required and related to a works order numbering system, combined with a history of the specific tasks undertaken, as well as a Stock Control facility whereby all details of items held within stores, including the suppliers information, is contained. This Stock Control facility has built in to it an automatic stock level and re-ordering notification function.
